Mert Fatih Taşbaşı is a broker partner and real estate advisor at the RookZ Fark office. He grew up in Sarıyer and handles villa and luxury home sales in Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Demirciköy, Tarabya, Yeniköy and Maslak, from pricing analysis to title deed transfer.

Mert Fatih Taşbaşı grew up in Sarıyer; his bond with the district comes not from his work but from having spent most of his life there. At secondary school he chaired the Sarıyer District Student Council, where he learnt early to build relationships across different circles, to listen and to take responsibility. He graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in International Logistics and Transportation.
Before moving into real estate, he founded and ran Söyleyerinden, a platform bringing together local producers from different cities across Turkey. The venture gave him experience in business development, marketing, client relations and doing business on a basis of trust. In December 2025 he decided to bring that experience into real estate; after completing the RookZ Broker Training, he joined the RookZ Fark office as a broker partner.
Three principles shape the way he works. First, understanding the person and the need: he sees recognising what a client really expects, sometimes before they have put it into words, as the starting point of the work. Second, a wide network: the relationships he has built in Sarıyer over the years let him reach the right buyer directly, not only through listing portals. Third, seeing the process through to the end: he follows every step himself, from pricing analysis and marketing to negotiation and the title deed, and takes contracts and title deed stages through legal review with the office's two lawyers.
He sums up his aim in one sentence: a client should be able to say “I have put this in Mert's hands; I do not need to think about the rest.”
