Personal data protection notice

This notice explains, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, how the personal data of people who contact us through this website is processed.

Which data, for which purposes

• The name, phone number, email address and request details you share when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email are processed to respond to your request, to schedule viewings and meetings, and to conduct offer and contract processes.
• Title deed and property information you share as an owner is processed to carry out valuation, marketing and sale processes.

Legal basis and transfers

Your data is processed on the legal bases of establishing or performing a contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller. To the extent required by the sale process it may be shared with the RookZ Fark office, land registry offices, notaries, banks and listing platforms; it is not transferred to any other third party.

Retention

Data is kept for the statutory retention periods after your request is concluded, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing by writing to the email address above. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest.

This website does not track visitors by default. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your explicit consent; categories, durations and how to change your choice are explained in the cookie policy. No form data is stored; contact is established only through the WhatsApp, telephone or email channels you initiate.
